A.Experimental design

Experimental Design:The objective of the experiment is to test the difference in anti-loosening performance between two types of screws, one coated with NYLOK anti-loosening agent and the other without, when subjected to high-frequency vibration at 1780rpm.

Methodology: Both the screws coated with NYLOK anti-loosening agent and the screws without coating will be locked with nuts and subjected to vibration testing simultaneously.
B.Experimental Process and Results

C.Experimental Results
After conducting vibration testing in accordance with the international vibration testing standard (IFI-524), it was found that the uncoated screws detached after 1,684 vibrations, while the screws coated with NYLOK anti-loosening agent passed over 30,000 vibrations with no signs of loosening.
This experiment proves that the performance of the Taiwan-made NYLOK anti-loosening agent used by JY's collaborative manufacturers meets the requirements of the solar energy industry.
