1. Metal Center Certification Report for 6061-T6 Aluminum Bracket Material:
Strong Mechanical Performance Strength.

As can be seen from the left figure, Jing Yuan Optoelectronics' solar brackets have a high tensile strength of up to 290N/mm², which is approximately equal to 29.58kgf/mm².
2. Comparison of Tensile Performance between Tested 6061-T6 and 6063-T5 Products.

The left figure shows the results of tensile fracture testing of Jing Yuan's 6061-T6 product and a competitor's 6063-T5 product, both locked with a standard M8 304 screw.
As can be seen from the table, the 6061-T6 product with serial number No. 1 has a strength that is significantly more than double that of the competitor's 6063-T5 product with serial number No.2 .
3. Aluminum Surface Treatment Certification Report: Corrosion Resistance Certification.

This certification is for salt spray testing under ASTM B-177 specification. Here is the conversion of the actual number of days for the corrosion resistance certification:
The one-hour Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray (CASS) test developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) is roughly equivalent to 40 days of coastal exposure or 120 days of natural outdoor exposure.
After undergoing SGS's 500-hour CASS testing certification, it is known that the corrosion resistance time of Jing Yuan's products is approximately equal to:
1.54.8 years of coastal exposure
2.164.4 years of natural outdoor exposure
→ approximately equivalent to passing the assessment
of 4000 hours of standard salt spray testing.
